Where duplication is found, all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus activity will be forfeited.

Deposit Conditions
All deposits made to 0bd9 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 0bd9 will take immediate action proportionate to the severity of the behaviour. Account Suspension and Closure
0bd9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
- The account was registered using false or misleading information.
- The account holder is, or was at the time of registration, under 18 years of age.
- A KYC verification request has not been fulfilled within the required timeframe.
- A self-exclusion has been requested by the player or ordered by a relevant authority.
- Ongoing legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations require the suspension of the account.
Voluntary Account Closure
